Josh Strief Appointed to Iowa State Bar Association’s Iowa Jury Instructions Committee

Iowa State Bar Association President, Jerry Schnurr, III, has appointed Elverson Vasey attorney Josh Strief to the Iowa Jury Instructions Committee. The Iowa Jury Instructions Committee is tasked with drafting proposed civil and criminal uniform jury instructions to aid Iowa courts, attorneys, and litigants in providing the law to juries in language they can understand. Based on his litigation and trial experience, Mr. Strief will provide the Committee with insight as to civil litigation matters.
