Nicholas P. DeAngelo

Nicholas joined Elverson Vasey in 2026 after graduating from Drake University Law School. Nicholas grew up in Altoona, Iowa, and graduated magna cum laude from Buena Vista University in 2023, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science: Pre-Law. He also played on the men’s soccer team, and won the Harry Blackmun award which recognizes a pre-law student for their outstanding achievements and contributions within the pre-law program.

Nicholas earned his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 2026, graduating with high honors. During his time at Drake, he spent time helping clients at the Drake Entrepreneurial and Transactional Law Clinic where he gained valuable experience organizing, advising, and dissolving for-profit and non-profit businesses, as well as assisting clients with real estate issues. He also served as an Article Editor on the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. Nicholas was admitted to the Iowa State Bar in 2026.

Nicholas enjoys his time outside of work spending time with his family.
